When it comes to Halloween costumes it’s always the same: Witches, princesses, goblins, lady bugs, etc. If you want to get more creative with your costumes, try designing a punch line. The most common punch line is the “deviled egg” where you dress up like an egg and attach devil horns and a tail to your costume. Another fun one is the “gold digger.” You can make a gold digger outfit by dressing up in all gold and carrying around a gold shovel along with. Punch line costumes are extremely fun to come up with and you will be the center of attention with your witty design. A few other punch line costume ideas are buccaneer (attach a dollar to each ear), babysitter (attach a doll to your behind and sit on it). Another fun one is the leaf blower (wear a baseball cap with a leaf attached and then blow on the leaf when ever someone comes up to you.) If you want a costume for a pair, “Hawaiian Punch” is a good one. One partner dresses up like a boxer, and the other dresses up like a hula dancer. Stick together and give your guests a Hawaiian punch! Also, if a group of your friends all want to dress up together “Gang Green” is fun. Everyone dresses up like gang members wearing green. Punch line costumes are a sure way to enjoy your self this Halloween.
